Robert A. Teegarden

Robert A. Teegarden is an experienced, passionate and enthusiastic presenter who possesses in depth knowledge of California educational issues and private school law.

Mr. Teegarden's extensive background in federal legislation reaches back to 1972. He was a Title I site principal for over 15 years, working in both northern and southern California. He was principal of the first private school to be granted a bypass in the state of California.

He currently chairs the Federal Assistance Advisory Committee of the United States Catholic Conference. This committee offers advice on bills before Congress, provides guidance information subsequent to laws being passed, and consults on problems and successes dealing with federal education programs and private school students.

Mr. Teegarden is also President of the California Association of Private School Organizations (CAPSO).
