CAPSO believes that access to divergent points of view is one of the hallmarks of a free society and is essential to the development of informed, critical thinking and principled participation in the formation of public policy.

Alliance for School Choice
The Alliance for School Choice is a national organization committed to promoting, implementing and enhancing K-12 educational choice. In collaboration with a host of national and state allies, the Alliance creates opportunities for systemic and sustainable educational reform that seeks to put parents in charge.

The Cato Institute
Non-profit public policy research foundation seeking to broaden the parameters of public policy debate to allow consideration of the traditional American principles of limited government, individual liberty, free markets and peace.

Pacific Research Institute Center for School Reform
The Center for School Reform works to restore to all parents the basic right to choose the best educational opportunities for their children. Through research and grassroots outreach, the CSR advances parental choice in education, high academic standards and accountability, charter schools, teacher quality, and school finance reform.

Institute for Justice
Founded in 1991, the Institute for Justice is the nation's only libertarian public interest law firm, pursuing cutting-edge litigation on behalf of individuals whose most basic rights are denied by the State.

People for the American Way
PFAW is "...combating efforts to undermine public education through school vouchers and similar defunding schemes, through improper school censorship and other attacks on the freedom to learn, and through unconstitutional attempts to promote religion to captive audiences of public school students."

Policy Analysis for California Education (PACE)
Pace is an independent policy research center whose primary aim is to enrich education policy debates - from preschool through college - with sound analysis and hard evidence.

Manhattan Institute for Policy Research
The Manhattan Institute is a think tank whose mission is to develop and disseminate new ideas that foster greater economic choice and individual responsibility.

SchoolChoiceInfo.org
A site advocating for school choice, maintained by the Black Alliance for Educational Options and the Institute for the Transformation of Learning at Marquette University.

Brown Center on Education Policy
Affiliated with the Brookings Institution. Offers studies and policy papers addressing a variety of educational policy issues.

School Choices
Maintained by free market education advocate Andrew J. Coulson, the site presents a substantial body of background material relating to school choice, including challenging critical commentary.
