 In January, 2004, the U.S. Department of Education's Dr. Maureen Dowling conducted a series of informational workshops on benefits to private school children, teachers and other personnel made available through the federal No Child Left Behind Act. The sessions were co-sponsored by the State Superintendent's Private School Advisory Committee, the California Department of Education, and CAPSO. Thanks to the Sacramento County Office of Education, a streaming video replay of the January 15, 2004 workshop is now available for viewing on the web at one location for PC users and another for Mac users.

Dr. Dowling's presentation provides an overview of relevant NCLB programs and services, addresses issues related to consultation by local public school districts and offers an update on the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act.
