Congress Passes Hurricane Relief Law   12/23/05

African-American Youth Leadership Program       Summer, 2005   2/14/05
Qualifying students currently in grades 10 and 11 are invited to apply for participation in the program to take place July 10-16, 2005, at CSU Sacramento.
