Thanks to Title V of the federal No Child Left Behind Act, the California Private School Advisory Committee, K-12, offers private school educators a diverse array of outstanding professional development programs at extremely modest cost to participants. On August 28, 2006, Governor Schwarzenegger signed AB 2613, a CAPSO-sponsored bill clarifying the status of private school teachers with respect to California’s overtime compensation regulations. Allen of the U.S. Department of Education.
