The California Association of Private School Organizations (CAPSO) is pleased to host the summer 2027 Council for American Private Education State CAPE Affiliate summer conference.
Members from state and regional CAPE affiliates from across the United States will be attending. We will be in San Francisco, CA, on July 11-13, 2027. We have a very limited number of sponsorships for this conference, and we are delighted that you are interested!
Our three-day event starts with a late afternoon social and dinner on Sunday, July 11. Monday will include a day of programming, along with plenty of time for mixing and mingling. We will wrap up by lunchtime on Tuesday. We have built in intentional time for our sponsors to speak to our participants, as well as time for casual conversations. Rather than a giant exhibit hall full of people, this is an opportunity to spend time in an intimate setting and build relationships.

Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities
General Sponsor ($1500). This sponsorship tier provides access to join the SCN for the duration of the conference and participate in discussions and mixers. It also includes a 5-minute direct presentation opportunity during the SCN meeting.
Special Event/Meal Sponsor (will vary by event/meal). This sponsorship tier provides access to join the SCN for the duration of the conference and participate in discussions and mixers. It also includes a 5-minute direct presentation opportunity at the special event/meal and prominent logo placement of the special event/meal.
All sponsors will be thanked on the conference agenda with their logos and website/contact links.
All sponsors will have access to the discounted room block at the Hyatt Centric Fisherman's Wharf hotel.
